	4．Forecasting Specialist
	Location: Shanghai
	Responsibilities:
	Update the appropriate referential and maintain the database Analyze forecast quality and work out the corrective action plans Analyze the previous period results for various purposes including alerting on trend reversals, identifying gap and making unusual figures explication of demand forecast history Take into account exceptional events with input from Customers, Customers Services, Sales Managers, M&S: commercial campaigns, exceptional orders, strikes, parallel export... Build one or more Demand Plan scenario with M&S and project them on the different horizons for the dedicated perimeter. Diffuse validated Demand Plan for the perimeter Put under control the files sent and received.
	Qualifications:
	Bachelor degree or above in relevant fields. 	Qualifications:

	6．Business Analyst
	Location: Shanghai
	Mission:
	Responsible for brand strategy maintenance, profitable management and implementation planning of brand actions in the China replacement market. Manages the Marketing mix (Product plan, Forecast, Pricing, Promotions and Communication – media and PR with support of communication team-) Interacts with Channel management team for Distribution. Spokesperson for the brand in front of media and internal staff. - All activities must be aligned to Group/Zone/Country brand strategy orientations and China commercial sales and marketing policy.
	Responsibilities:
	Participate in annual budget cycle, rolling forecasting and periodical re-forecasting of budget. Prepare monthly budget follow-up reports in pertinent format to management team and internal customers. Analyze variance between actual results and budget to measure the performance of each sector and China Zone. Communicate with relevant departments to understand the reason behind deviation, propose action plan for improvements. Assist internal customers to build-up their PA, and development reports according to their request. Working closely with accounting team on cost centre maintenance, internal allocation issue, etc, and help to improve accounting data quality. Liaison with AP zone and Group, provide periodical reports and ad hoc analysis as requested. Liaison for group system operation, in charge of Hyperion/Surf and macro model downloading and uploading. Lead or coordinate for various finance-oriented projects. Other ad hoc reports and analysis requested by management team.
	Qualifications:
	Strong communication skills. Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written. High personal ethics and team attitude. University education background in finance / accounting / taxation. Experience in plant or in commercial field would be a plus Good mobility, would accept travel in special period

	7．Safety/ Environment Engineer
	Location: Shenyang, Shanghai
	Responsibilities:
	Assure a safe and healthy work environment. Interacts with appropriate internal and external plant services/groups and customers to assure effective area operations and progress. Assures compliance with all monitoring and measuring of government requirements. Monitor, analyze and recommend/implement solutions to improve the ergonomic, safety, hygienic process.
	Qualifications:
	Bachelor degree in safety or relevant field with solid experience in plant. Good knowledge of national and local regulation for safety, hygiene, ergonomic and labor relation. Solid experience for OHSAS 18001. Ergonomic knowledge is preferred. Good command of written and spoken English.

	8．IE Engineer
	Location: Shenyang
	Responsibilities:

	Responsibilities:
	Be responsible for feasibility study, electrical design, and technical document of equipment modification/upgrade, installation and commissioning by implementing project management. Coordinate among departments, and create specification, project schedule and cost estimation. Manage the project to comply with the specification, schedule and cost for big projects. Filing the internal and external documents according to the requirement of Michelin quality system. Manage big projects and coordinate with Michelin technical centre in Europe and America alone.
	Qualifications:
	Bachelor degree with 5 years' working experience. Solid knowledge and experience of electrical design and electrical components. Good knowledge of PLC and driver etc. More than 3 years experience in engineering, electrical design experience is a plus. Very good problem solving and coordination skills. Very good at team work, adaptability and be able to manage big projects alone. Good command of English in both oral and written. Well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Auto-CAD, familiar with Rockwell products PLC, SLC or ControlLogix, Powerflex drives.
